durable and user oriented Heated Pre-filter Ovens, comes the Young Heated
Pre-Filter Oven. Custom designed and manufactured for the
demanding tasks of Automotive Emissions Testing, whether it be diesel,
petrol or gaseous fuelled engines.
The heated pre-filter oven couples up to the emissions take off probe
and filters away unwanted soot, oil and acoustical effects.
It can be heated to a maximum of 200° C and incorporates
a quick release stainless steel filter housing allowing element
changes in seconds at system operating temperatures.
The heated filter unit is of stainless steel construction
for maximum durability and incorporates both the cool temperature
control unit and the heated filtration unit into one compact
housing. Provision is also made for filtration of the cold
sample lines and for a line overspill calibration.
