Humidity & Temperature Calibration |
Temperature Calibration
The upper floors of the calibration laboratories house the
temperature, pressure and humidity facilities, where chambers,
dry blocks and liquid baths enable calibrations to be undertaken
from -40°C to 1200°C on varying types of probes
and thermocouples

|
|
Instrument range includes:
Thermometers
Thermocouples
Platinum Resistance Thermometers
Thermistors
Data loggers
|
 |
Data Acquisition Systems
Digital Thermometers and Probes
Dial Thermometers
Furnaces
Chambers
Weather Stations

Humidity Calibration
The calibration service covers
the range of 10 - 98% RH using the companies own in-house
HumGen Calibrator and a larger environmental chamber for multiple
or larger instruments.
|
|
The two calibration systems allow typical instruments to be calibrated, including:
Digital Indicators and Probes
Humidity Generators
Psychrometers
Humidity Recorders
Tinytag Sensors
Thermohygrographs
Transmitters |

Young Calibration undertake temperature and humidity
calibrations for a range of measurement applications. The laboratory
offers indepedent calibration and testing for all types of probes, sensors and
transmitters from any manufacturer. Calibrations are referenced to
high accuracy PRTs or standard thermocouples.
A range of portable reference equipment enables the Calibration Technicians to undertake
on site calibration of ovens, furnaces, weather stations, air conditioning sensors and
environmental chambers. The portable HumGen Calibrator is equipped with an external pumping
system, to allow the calibration of remote humidity sensors without the need to remove
the sensor from its' installation position.
